And Then What?

And Then What?

What are you going to do once you've gotten to where you think you should be?

If you believe ‘Life is in the doing’ then mesh, mash and massage it all together—your gifts, your skills and go for it! There is risk. How much are you willing to take? It’s for YOU to define the scale and set the value.

My mind says practical things like you should make more to save. Will I have enough? Then my inner voice reminds me of my real job and that lets me be secure in how I spend my time.

I will do what I’ve promised. In any relationship, if I say I will, then I will. I won’t alter my word because of external factors.

And now, I will take this “risk”—it’s a better angle than looking back wondering “what if?” That’s a risk perspective I’m not willing to take.

It's not always easy. I could have had it more comfortable financially, but that would have meant givin gup my peace, giving up my faith standards, and I just could not do it.

Because my word is to God, I trust the outcome, whatever that may be. I’ll take it.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy steps.” Proverbs 3:5-6
